  • Tracee Ellis Ross: This actress works hard to prioritize local food while planning her meals. She avoids processed foods and instead tries to get a lot of vegetables and lean proteins at her farmers market. Ross also credits her diet’s success on the four liters of water she drinks each day.

Tiffani Thiessen

  • Tiffani Thiessen It’s been years since she was Kelli on Saved by the bell, but Thiessen still maintains her glowing skin with a diet that includes vegetables in each meal. She tries to make sure she is eating healthy 80 percent of the time, but little splurges make up the other 20 percent of her meals. Thiessen’s diet gets a place in my top 20 because it seems so convenient and reasonable.

Jennifer Lopez:

  • Jennifer Lopez: As a dancer, J. Lo tries to make sure she gets plenty of nutrition. The singer focuses on getting plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. She normally avoids eating meat for any meal besides dinner.

Nicole Scherzinger

  • Nicole Scherzinger Scherzinger starts her day with a small serving of yogurt before moving on to a lunch with just three slices of turkey breast and some vegetables. Personally, this one seems a little too strict for me, but it definitely works for Nicole!

Madonna:

  • Madonna: Madonna’s diet helps her to maintain her youthful looks and curvaceous body. This famous singer follows a very strict macrobiotic diet that does not include any eggs, dairy, wheat, or meat and encourages followers to eat a lot of sea vegetables.

Kim Kardashian:

  • Kim Kardashian: Since the birth of her kids, this reality star has been on a very strict diet. She does a low carb diet that substitutes vegetables for carbohydrates. Some of her favorites include zucchini noodles and cauliflower mac and cheese.

  • Aisha Tyler: Tyler finds that she feels best when she eats a modified version of the paleo diet. She tries to avoid carbs, grains, dairy, and sugar whenever possible, and her diet contains a lot of protein and plant based fats.

Lindsey Vonn:

  • Lindsey Vonn: I definitely do not ski as well as Vonn, but her diet seems like the type of thing that would work for any active woman. She starts each day with a protein rich breakfast of eggs and some fruit, has a hearty salad for lunch, and enjoys a hearty serving of pasta each night.

Barber includes a lot of carbohydrates to give her energy during her vigorous workouts. I’m rather surprised to see how many calories she eats each day, but apparently it provides enough nutrition for her to maintain her muscles.

Tara Lipinski:

  • Tara Lipinski: This famous athlete definitely knows how to stay in top shape. Her diet includes a lot of whole-grain salads like quinoa along with plenty of water. Lipinski says that she manages to stay in shape by never having a cheat meal. Instead, she just has tiny “cheat snacks” like chocolate bars or a bagel.

Alyssa Milano:

  • alyssa Milano: Alyssa Milano eats a diet very similar to the Atkins Diet. Her low carb diet includes multiple snacks throughout the day, and she makes sure that every meal contains a lot of protein.

Christina Milian:

  • Christina Milian: Milian always makes sure that she stops eating as soon as she feels full. She avoids dairy and eats several light meals per day, such as a dinner of six pieces of sushi, and she has a gallon of water per day.

Paltrow begins each day with a green juice.

Victoria Beckham:

  • Victoria Beckham: Posh Spice also ends up on my list of great celebrity diets for her alkaline diet plan. This diet uses a high amount of veggies and grains and a low amount of proteins. Its goal is to keep Beckham’s body pH between 7.35 and 7.45.
