Summer travel can be fun and exhausting. It is hard to predict weather and what you should pack if you are going to more than one city in a big country. This summer we went from the South of France to Paris and we had to pack for 100 plus temperatures in the dry areas of Gordes, Arles, Lourmarin, and Lacoste, while also packing for the coastal areas like Saint Tropez and then for rainy cooler temperatures in Paris.
Since we did not want to bring too much clothing with us, we had to bring very versatile pieces that would work for a range of temperatures and climates. One of my favorite types of pieces to pack are jumpsuits. I am so grateful jumpsuits have come back into fashion because you don’t have to think too much about how a jumpsuit looks when paired with a pair of earrings or shoes. You can dress a jumpsuit up or down and you don’t have to think about whether the bottom matches the top or not.
I own several different types of jumpsuits because of their versatility. Some jumpsuits you can dress up like you would a dress and some you can wear with sneakers. The one in the photo above packs really easily and doesn’t wrinkle so I wore in several different temperatures in France without any issues. I also dressed up the all black number with a bright pom pom necklace to keep it looking interesting.
