Interesting new fashion trend – wear a skirt that looks like it was made from a tablecloth. I am not sure I am loving the new trend of piecing a few ideas together to form one piece of clothing. I don’t mind the layered button up shirt under a sweater look, but the ruffled gingham red and white pizza shop tablecloth with a skirt design I am not so sure. There are so many options though if you are interested, take a look at the red and white option from Pamplemousse, Preen by Thornton Bregazzi option, or Christopher Kane’s Gingham and floral design. It is like the ultimate designer upcycle project. On the fence about this one. One thing I like is how they are paired together with white sneakers. This skirt and sneakers trend I can get behind. I would wear them with Valentino Rockstud sneakers.
