Thanks Kelly Ripa, this is an inspiration post for every working woman like me. We should emulate Kelly Ripa’s exercise and diet routine for inspiration. When I was looking for inspiration in my New Year diet routine I decided to use Kelly Ripa. Being 5’2″, I chose Kelly Ripa as my fitness inspiration instead of 5’10” Miranda Kerr.

I chose a fitness inspiration with a daily routine like mine—balancing work, kids, and family. I chose someone with a normal schedule who balances family responsibilities, not someone free to work out anytime. Like me, she balances work, family, and a strict schedule, making time for fitness despite her busy life. Though Kelly Ripa has full-time help, we can still prioritize self-care by scheduling at least 30 minutes of daily exercise.

Hiring a fitness coach is a great idea! Coach provides personalized guidance, helping you set and achieve realistic goals while ensuring proper form and technique. I highly recommend Future Fitness; they connect you with expert coaches who create personalized workout plans tailored to your goals. Hiring a trainer can provide accountability, motivation, and expert guidance, helping you stay consistent and achieve long-term fitness success.

When asked about her diet, she said she ensures her family eats healthy meals, like a salad with feta, watermelon, and blueberries. She said her diet was mostly about eating healthily and working out daily. The best part is that healthier options are now available online and delivered quickly! Thrive Market offers a convenient way to shop for high-quality, organic, and nutritious foods that align with a healthy lifestyle. Thrive Market offers wholesome snacks, premium proteins, and fresh produce, making healthy eating easy without grocery trips.

Nutritionists say health is 80% food and 20% exercise, as burning an 800-calorie fast-food meal takes hours. Choosing nutritious foods like good fats, veggies, fruits, and quality proteins helps prevent weight gain.

Here is a video of Kelly Ripa’s workout that she does 4 to 5 times a week. On top of adding Soul Cycle or other exercises to the mix for the other days of the week. She works out daily so that she can worry less about her eating. She talks about varying her workout and eating healthily to keep her mind and body healthy. Online estimates put her at 100 pounds, light for her height. But the camera adds weight, so staying slim is part of her job. That being said, she is all muscle and her routine works for her.

Kelly Ripa says if you can’t hit the gym, just walk—it’s a great exercise. I agree. Sometimes when I am in a rush and cannot get to a Cardio Barre class, I just take my dog for her daily walk and run for 10 minutes. It is good for me and good for the dog. And to get in a little bit extra I will take a walk during lunch.
