It is a sweatshirt style top with a skirt in a patchwork style that is elegant and casual at the same time. The dress will keep you cozy and warm in the fall with a pair of black tights and pumps for the office OR a pair of knee high black boots. On warmer days you could even go bare legged and wear this dress with a pair of open toe ankle booties. However you decide to wear this dress it is one of my favorite looks for fall because it is that 2 in 1 style that makes dressing for work early in the morning on those cold winter days easy.
